Agreement

These terms apply when you use goldenrockadvancements.com or hire Golden Rock, a sole proprietorship owned by Tyler Milam in San Antonio, Texas (“Golden Rock”, “we”). By using our site or services, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide websites, IT support, cybersecurity, AI and automation, app development and related technology services. The specific scope, price and timeline of any project other than our standard website plan is set out in a written quote that you approve before work begins.

Website plan

Our standard website plan is $300 for setup plus $49 per month for hosting, your domain and updates. Your first month is charged at signup. Some offers quoted to you before October 8, 2026 may have different pricing, which we honor as quoted.

Every website purchase includes free launch ads: a 30-second promo video of your new site plus 3 social media ad graphics, ready for Facebook, Instagram and Google. We create the ad creative; we don’t buy or run ads for you, and we don’t guarantee ad results.

Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your client dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your domain and content

Domains we register for you are registered for your business, and we’ll transfer yours to you on request. You own the text, photos and logos you provide, and you’re responsible for having the right to use them. Once your site is paid for, its design is licensed to you for use on that site.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information, keep your account login secure, and don’t use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.

Free tools

Our free security check and AI assistant provide general information based on public data and automated analysis. They’re not a full security assessment or professional advice, and may not catch every issue.

Third-party services

Our work relies on providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, Apple and others. We aren’t responsible for their outages, policies or decisions, including app store review outcomes.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver dependable results, but our services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect quotes you’ve already approved.
