Who we are

Golden Rock is a technology services business based in San Antonio, Texas, owned and operated by Tyler Milam as a sole proprietorship. You can reach us at [email protected] or (956) 466-4299.

What we collect

When you contact us (contact form, bookings email, phone or text): your name, email, phone, business name and whatever you choose to tell us.

Free security check: the domain you enter, your contact details, and the results of the public checks we run on that domain.

AI assistant: the messages you type are sent to an AI model running on our own equipment to generate a reply. We don’t use them to train AI models. Please don’t share passwords or payment details in the chat.

Clients: account details (name, email, business, domain), change requests and files you upload, and records of your subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Sample websites: to show local businesses what we can build, we may create a sample site using information the business has already published (such as its name, phone number, hours and address) and contact the business about it. Sample sites are marked as samples and hidden from search engines. Ask us and we’ll remove one promptly.

How we use it

To respond to you, provide and bill for our services, run the checks you request, send the reports you ask for, and improve our website. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, DNS and domain registration) and Google (email). Each handles your information under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Our marketing website doesn’t use advertising cookies. The client dashboard uses a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. If we measure site traffic, we use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies or track you across sites.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and security-check results for as long as they’re useful for following up, and client records for as long as you’re a client and as required for tax and accounting purposes afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing [email protected]. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out.

Children

Our services are for businesses and aren’t directed at children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
